Home Care Companion Wanted
CareConnect is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Companion to provide exceptional care to patients in their homes. As a trusted member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care that enhances the lives of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to medical personnel
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
Requirements and Qualifications
- Must be a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) in the state of SC
- Able to work a minimum of 12 hours/week and every other weekend
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Fluent in English (able to speak and understand)
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and the importance of patient confidentiality
