Job Description
We are looking for compassionate individuals who are dedicated to providing high-quality care to patients in their homes. Your responsibilities will include providing personal care, assisting with mobility and transfers, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Certified Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or Certified Home Health Aide (HHA)
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
- Ability to cook simple meals and perform light housekeeping duties as needed
- Satisfactory completion of New York State Health Department-approved HHA Training Program or equivalency
- Adequate literacy and simple arithmetic skills
- At least 18 years old
