Premier is seeking experienced home health aides to deliver top-notch care to our clients in the Queens area.
Job Overview:
- Deliver personalized care to patients in their homes
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications according to healthcare professionals' directions
- Monitor vital signs and report changes or concerns to medical staff
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
Requirements:
- Certified Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or Certified Home Health Aide (HHA)
- Compliance with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
- Ability to cook simple meals and perform light housekeeping duties
- New York State Health Department-approved HHA Training Program or equivalency
- Adequate literacy and simple arithmetic skills
- Age 18 or older
