We are seeking certified home health aides and personal care assistants to provide exceptional care to our clients in the Queens area. As a home health aide with CareConnect, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, maintaining the safety and comfort of patients.
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to medical personnel.
To be successful in this role, you should have a certification as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or Certified Home Health Aide (HHA), as well as an understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality. You must also be able to cook simple meals and perform light housekeeping duties as needed.
