We're seeking certified home health aides and personal care assistants to provide exceptional care to clients in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure patient safety
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns
- Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
Qualifications:
- Certified Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or Certified Home Health Aide (HHA)
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
- Ability to cook simple meals and perform light housekeeping duties as needed
- Satisfactory completion of New York State Health Department-approved HHA Training Program or equivalency
- Demonstrated adequate literacy and simple arithmetic skills
