Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, assessing and educating patients and their families/caregivers on self-care techniques and relevant information.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care and implement the plan of care initiated by the registered nurse.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program.
- Current, active license as an LPN in the state of Massachusetts.
- Up-to-date CPR/BLS certification.
