Key Responsibilities
* Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments based on patient needs and physician orders.
* Develop and update a written plan of care, ensuring it is re-evaluated as necessary.
* Provide skilled nursing care within the nursing scope of practice.
* Document care and services in compliance with federal, state, and Agency regulations.
Qualifications
* Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
* Must hold a current, active Registered Nurse license in the state of Massachusetts (MA).
* Must have an up-to-date CPR/BLS certification.
* Must provide an updated resume outlining relevant experience and qualifications.
* Must have a valid state driver's license and reliable automobile.
* Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and provide proof of eligibility if necessary.
* Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with patients and the healthcare team.
* Must have a strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and demonstrate a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.
