About the Role
This position provides direct clinical patient care as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Operating Room (OR). The successful candidate will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis. Additionally, they will supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated.
Responsibilities
- Affiliated with Tenet Massachusetts as a RN
- Participate in the care of patients undergoing surgical procedures in the OR
- Supervise and delegate tasks to support staff as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited institution
- Current Licence to Practice Profession as RN in Massachusetts
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
