Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiovascular Unit team at MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham, Massachusetts.
About the Role
This challenging yet rewarding position involves providing direct clinical patient care to assigned patients on a per shift basis. As a registered nurse in this role, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
You will work closely with colleagues to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and efficient resource management related to patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Implement evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A valid RN license in the state of Massachusetts
