CareConnect is seeking a compassionate and experienced Caregiver and Companion to join our team. As a Caregiver and Companion, you will provide personalized support services to patients in their homes, including personal care, mobility assistance, and emotional support.
\Our ideal candidate is a certified Home Health Aide (HHA) with experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, seniors, or patients requiring home care. \Responsibilities:
\- Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
Requirements:
\- Current certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) in the state of NY
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, seniors, or patients requiring home care
- Reliable transportation
- Able to work a minimum of 35 hours/week and every other weekend
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Fluent in English (able to speak and understand)
