Requirements:
- You must possess a current certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) in New York State.
- Reliable transportation is essential for this role.
- Able to commit to working a minimum of 35 hours/week and every other weekend.
- Eligibility to work in the United States is required.
- Excellent communication skills in English (speaking and understanding).
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
- Basic cooking skills and ability to perform light housekeeping duties as needed.
- Successful completion of a New York State Health Department-approved HHA Training Program or equivalency.
- Adequate literacy and simple arithmetic skills.
- Age requirement: 18 years or older.
