Key Duties and Responsibilities
- In accordance with established company policies and procedures, this position is expected to lead and direct all aspects of sales & marketing in order to exceed monthly and annual volume goals.
- Expand our Post Acute relationships and increase patient volumes at current nursing homes.
- Develop relationships with local skilled nursing facilities to increase types and numbers of patients referred to our providers to manage.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business development in the SNF sales sector.
- Develop marketing brochures with provider profiles to share with SNF partners.
- Educate SNFs on our services, payer mix, and promote CCMD services.
- Utilize sales expertise to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with admissions staff, DON, and administrators of each facility to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Utilize sales and marketing skills to develop and maintain strong relationships with discharge planners and admission coordinator of each facility.
- Manage assignments related to business development initiatives.
- Utilize CRM software, specifically Salesforce, to track and analyze sales data for informed decision-making.
- Work closely with clinical operations team to align sales strategies with growth efforts.
- Continuously assess market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- This position will require travel to skilled nursing facilities.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
