What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supply Chain Controller position at CareDx, Inc.?

Responsibilities:
- Financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Financial analysis and follow-up on SKU level, in close cooperation with the production manager/CDMO's
- Develop and streamline processes
- Tracking and analysis of inventories
- Analyze actuals and forecast data and provide detailed commentary addressing deviations
- Analysis of inventory
- Support production planning
- Support Raw Material ordering process
- Provide operational support and advice to managers and management
- Managing and optimizing the supply chain processes to ensure efficient workflows of goods, materials, and information
- Monitoring and analyzing supply chain performance metrics
- Identifying and mitigating potential supply chain risks
- Implementing process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency
- Work closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality standards are met
Qualifications:
- Upper secondary education
- 2-4 years of experience from similar role at a manufacturing company
- Good knowledge of Swedish accounting standards
- Native Swedish speaker, fluently in English, written and spoken
- Experience with ERP systems, NetSuite ERP a plus
