Put your career into high gear with Mavis Discount Tire! We're looking for a full time Supply Chain Analyst to join Team Mavis at our Operations Support Center in White Plains, NY. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States, and we're growing rapidly.
About the Position of Supply Chain Analyst
As a key member of our retail operations, the Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for the management of inventory flow from our suppliers to our warehouses and stores. The Supply Chain Analyst is accountable for collaborating with suppliers, proactively reviewing the inventory pipeline, initiating product flow contingency plans, and balancing inventory across the network, all while maintaining exceptional in-stock levels and minimizing excess inventory. The Supply Chain Analyst is also responsible for data analytics, business intelligence reporting and tool automation for Mavis's Procurement (purchasing, inventory planning & pricing) group.

To be eligible for the position of Supply Chain Analyst you must:
(1) Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain management-related majors, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering,
OR have 5 years of experience in Supply Chain and Operations management,
OR have demonstrated career progression in Retail Management and Operations.
(2) Have an analytical mindset and be comfortable working with large datasets.
(3) Be a highly experienced user of Microsoft Excel. SQL experience is preferred.
(4) Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Preference will be given to those candidates who have experience in inventory management and/or supplier collaboration.
