Southwest Kansas Regional President

Career 1 Source is looking for an experienced community and Ag banker to join a strong and growing bank in Southwest Kansas as their Regional President.

What you will be doing :

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the team of lenders across Southwest Kansas.
  • Manage and grow the bank's loan portfolio with high quality credits.
  • Be the point person for the Bank in community and industry events and organizations.
  • Mentor and develop the lending team across the region.
  • Be a leader within the organization.

    • A successful candidate for this Southwest Kansas Regional President will possess the following :

  • Strong background in agricultural lending in Western Kansas.
  • The ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team.
  • Strong customer management skills.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and great written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bi-lingual would be a huge plus!
