Overview
As a Human Resources (HR) Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role assisting fellow Soldiers progress their Army careers. You will provide personnel and HR support to commanders across all branches, and be trained in document preparation, drafting requests, and overseeing official documentation, such as ID cards and tags. You’ll also train on data application and data information analysis. Additional roles include ensuring the readiness, health, and welfare of all soldiers.
Requirement
THIS JOB REQUIRES MILITARY SERVICE WITH A CONTRACT FOR ENLISTMENT OR COMMISSION.
Enlistment entails that you speak to a recruiter, take a job placement exam, complete a physical exam, choose from the career options that are presented to you, sign a career contract, and take the oath of enlistment, and attend training camp.
Active (Full Time): As a part of a team of soldiers, you secure your future with a career in the Active Duty Army (full-time), pay for college, guaranteed healthcare with family benefits. You gain leadership skills, college credit, and job-security. This is an entry level position with no experience necessary.

Reserve (Part Time: 1 weekend a month): As a part of a local team of soldiers, you secure your future with a career in the Army Reserve, pay for college, and access to low-cost healthcare with family benefits. Stay in your local area. You gain leadership skills, college credit, and home-town stability. This is an entry level position with no experience necessary.
Requirements
- Must be a US citizen or green card holder.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- No open law violations.
- Must pass a drug screen (Paid for)
- Must currently be in good health with no physical limitations.
