- Provide design, design guidance and QA/QC for civil site and residential land development projects
- Training and mentoring of E.I.T.’s
- Manage project schedules and budgets
- Manage project team of E.I.T.’s, CAD Designers, Sub-Consultants and Contractors to successfully complete a project
- Coordinate with Clients, reviewing agencies and project team
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE)
- Texas Registered P.E.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in land development design
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to build and maintain Client relationships
- Highly motivated to meet client deadlines
- Knowledge of standards for the various reviewing agencies in the Houston Metro area
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
- Share in Blackline’s vision of making customer service a priority
- AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred
- MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
