We are looking to add an experienced Civil Designer / Engineer to our expanding team located in Berwyn, PA. This position will be responsible for the planning, design, and permitting of land development projects. Project types will include mixed-use, retail, residential, higher education, and government projects.

- Planning, design, and permitting of land development projects
- Prepare design plans and construction documents using AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Develop detailed site, grading, erosion and sediment control plans
- Handle stormwater management, utility, roadway, and parking lot design
- Produce reports, specifications, construction schedules, and cost estimates
- Assess soil composition, terrain, hydrological characteristics and other data and their impact on projects
- BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- 2 years experience in civil engineering/land development design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- EIT/PE license preferred but not required
