Civil Engineer
As a Civil Land Development Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the planning, design, and development of land projects. You will work closely with project managers, architects, surveyors, and other engineers to ensure that land development projects are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform site design from conceptual through construction document phases utilizing AutoCAD Civil3D software.
- Perform design calculations (i.e., water, sewer and storm drainage hydraulic modeling, SCMs, erosion control, etc.) and prepare report figures and exhibits.
- Perform review of drawings, specifications, calculations and other engineering documents.
- Prepare, submit and track required site and utility permits.
- Ensure designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised during the permitting process.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited College/University.
- Civil site design experience.
- AutoCAD Civil3D proficiency.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- 1 years of experience in Civil Engineering
- EIT or PE NOT Required
Salary : $60,000 - $120,000
