Key Responsibilities :
- Designers :
- Draft detailed project designs and blueprints using CAD software.
- Assist in data collection, site assessments, and report preparation.
- Support project teams in calculations and documentation.
- EITs :
- Conduct design calculations under the supervision of a PE.
- Assist in project management, permitting, and fieldwork.
- Prepare engineering reports and collaborate on technical tasks.
- PEs :
- Lead project design, management, and execution.
- Oversee junior staff and provide mentorship to EITs and Designers.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal engineering standards.
- Seal and approve engineering plans and documentation.
