For over 70 years they have kept pace with Californias growth and with more than 100 attorneys they have the resources and experience to offer the highest quality representation in a wide variety of legal matters.We are seeking a motivated and experienced Labor &Employment Attorneyto join our growing team.Attorneys with experience in either singleplaintiff or classaction cases are encouraged to apply.
IDEAL CANDIDATE :
- Willrepresent employers in litigation including wage and hour class actions PAGA actions discrimination claims and wrongful discharge cases.
- Advise clients on employment law matters including hiring compensation systems employee benefits and termination.
- Draft and review employment contracts handbooks and personnel policies.
- Counsel clients on compliance with wage and hour regulations OSHA requirements and employee leave policies.
- Defend employers in audits and investigations by state and federal agencies.
- Assist with unionrelated matters including organizing campaigns contract negotiations and grievance resolutions.
- Provide strategic advice on labor issues related to layoffs mergers acquisitions and business closures.
