Labor & Employment Attorney
Career Consulting Partners has partnered with an established firm with offices in five major commercial centers across the state of California. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Labor & Employment Attorney to join our growing team. Attorneys with experience in either single-plaintiff or class-action cases are encouraged to apply.
IDEAL CANDIDATE :
- Will represent employers in litigation including wage and hour class actions, PAGA actions, discrimination claims, and wrongful discharge cases.
- Advise clients on employment law matters, including hiring, compensation systems, employee benefits, and termination.
- Draft and review employment contracts, handbooks, and personnel policies.
- Counsel clients on compliance with wage and hour regulations, OSHA requirements, and employee leave policies.
- Defend employers in audits and investigations by state and federal agencies.
- Assist with union-related matters, including organizing campaigns, contract negotiations, and grievance resolutions.
- Provide strategic advice on labor issues related to layoffs, mergers, acquisitions, and business closures.
