You should have a proven track record of securing settlements in the $200000 $range and the ability to drive results with minimal supervision.
IDEAL CANDIDATE :
- Manage up to 60 litigation cases overseeing investigations strategy development and trial preparation.
- Independently negotiate and close six and sevenfigure settlements.
- Develop aggressive litigation strategies to maximize case value.
- Conduct depositions mediations and arbitrations as needed.
- Work efficiently and proactively to push cases forward without excessive oversight.
- Communicate effectively with clients opposing counsel and insurance adjusters.
- Collaborate with paralegals case managers and supporting staff to streamline case management and ensure timely case progression.
