IDEAL CANDIDATE :

• Partner with the Director of Finance to oversee daily bank reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate records of trust receipts disbursements and financial reports.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) teams to ensure efficient and seamless accounting operations.
• Process accounts payable transactions including client invoice data entry check requests vendor payments and reconciliations.
• Manage highvolume vendor invoice tracking processing and followups with professionals clients and vendors.
• Apply GAAP principles including monthend close procedures and reconciliations.
• Support firmwide initiatives and assist the Director of Finance in implementing process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency.
