Senior Systems Analyst (Workday Financials a MUST)
Location: Manhattan, NY (hybrid -3 days per week)
Salary: 140-155K 7% Bonus Pension

The Musts!:
Experience, from the business (techno/functional end) supporting the design and development of Workday financials.
The position will define requirements and assist in leading the delivery of information technology systems development services across all company areas. To do this, they will implement system requirements by defining and analyzing system problems and designing and testing standards and solutions.
- Research, Analyze, and document Business Systems and their interdependencies to ensure the systems meet the Business and Technical requirements of the bank and function optimally.
- Must be able to successfully lead and manage very large/complex development projects in a timely and cost-effective manner with minimal supervision.
- Analyze Business Requirements and develop Technical and Functional requirements for new systems, enhancements to existing systems, and integrations between systems.
- Interface with technical experts in the research, writing, and publication of technical documentation, assessments, and specifications.
- Ensure the system design fits the needs of the users.
- Analyze data requirements, complete data integration mapping for data migration and conversion.
- Create SQL queries to aid data analysis and reporting.
- Conduct impact analysis to assess the potential implications of changes provide alternatives (if applicable);
- Create training material such as user guides, Programmer's guide.
- Participate in defining screen designs and process flows.
- Facilitate and execute unit and integration testing.
- Provide implementation assistance for IT developed and vendor applications

Experience
- 6 years related experience including a solid understanding of the Systems Development Lifecycle.
- 2 years of Workday Financials experience is required.
- Skilled in writing technical documentation, assessments, specifications, and design documentation.
- Skilled in data analysis, data integration mapping, and data migration; strong understanding of Data Extraction, Translation, and Load (ETL) Processes.
- Skilled in the evaluation, recommendation, and implementation of vendor-supplied solutions such as Workday, ServiceNow, Peoplesoft or other large ERP systems
- Skilled in SQL development.
- Skilled at organizing and translating information into clear written documentation; and articulating complex concepts and processes in writing. demonstrated understanding of the Bank's vision, goals, business operations, and markets.
- Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of at least two very large enterprise-quality applications (or equivalent).
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline preferred. Master's degree in related discipline a plus.
