Senior Accountant
Location : Fully Remote - Must work EST hours
Reports to the Controller
Salary : TBD - Based on experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and maintaining all supporting schedules
- Work with the Controller to record all accounts payable, revenue, and payroll transactions accurately.
- Support onboarding and offboarding of company staff by updating payroll records as needed.
- Ensure project accounting records are accurate and up-to-date at the end of every month.
- Assist with P&L variance analysis and project reporting on a monthly basis.
- Support yearly budgeting, quarterly forecasting, as well as ongoing cash flow reporting.
- Assist with the monitoring of key business performance metrics on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Assist with preparing documentation for external auditors.
- Respond to inquiries from members of the senior management team and other internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- Prepare other ad hoc analyses and reports as required from time to time.
