Senior Oracle HCM HRIS Configuration Analyst (Full-Time position only)

Location : New York City, NY, Burbank CA or Las Vegas – (On-site 4 days a week)

Salary : OPEN (US Citizen or Green Card)

Must have the following to be considered for this role :

5 years of Oracle HCM experience in CoreHR (A Must), Payroll (A must), Compensation, T&L, Absence Management
Must be able to create new Elements.
Must have strong communication skills.

Who are we hiring?

The Senior Analyst HRIS Configuration provides key support to the People Practices function by enabling the operation, maintenance, upgrade, and enhancement of the Human Capital Management (HCM) platform, in coordination with the teams utilizing Core HR administration, Compensation, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Goal and Performance Management to support business process requirements. The Senior Analyst is responsible for providing project support, production support, and enhancement support, automation, streamlined administration, and the reduction of operational risk.

What will you do?

Facilitate the technical maintenance, upgrade, and enhancement / configuration of the HCM application in support of Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Time & Labor / Absences, Talent Management (goal, performance, talent reviews) requirements and deliverables.

Provide project support to upgrade existing functionality of the HCM application by gathering requirements, documenting configurations, devising, testing, and launching plans to ensure implementation is in connection with required scope and timelines.

Provide production support to resolve HCM system errors by identifying, researching, and logging issues for resolution and partnering closely with internal and / or external technical practitioners to effectuate and document resolution.

Facilitate new HCM system enhancements by assessing requests, scoping requirements and potential solutions, and effectuating the delivery and documentation of agreed-upon solutions.

Collaboratively partner with compensation, benefits, payroll, talent management, and other functional stakeholders to provide ongoing support.

Coordinate user acceptance testing in connection with system configuration adjustments and implementations.

What do you need to succeed?

5-7 years' experience utilizing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud application is required.

5-7 years' Experience configuring and supporting Oracle HCM Payroll module is required.

Experience configuring and supporting Time & Labor and Absence management modules is preferred.

Experience engaging in technical project management and systems implementations preferred.

Significant familiarity with core HR, benefits, compensation, payroll and other organizational processes, programs, and structures.

Strong analytical / problem solving skills.

Strong ability to manage multiple deliverables with demanding timeframes.
