Summary:
Acts as the Team lead for Personnel committee for the MTV area
As Management Director of Community Services, Plans and carries out policies relating to all phases of QIDP activity by managing the Mt. Vernon location and following the community employment model performing the following duties:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Comanage the MTV site
Maintain knowledge of personal health, behavioral, and interest interest.
Knowledge of Vertex /IPAD
Member of the Personnel committee
Provide DSP with consumer info sheet and update as needed
Implement Person Centered Plans
QIDP for caseload up to 30. Write monthly reports using the vertex system, prepares for residential and non-residential staffing.
Administers ICAP,PACG,VACG, Risk assessment
Follow Professionalism/Code of Ethics
Work closely with all management directors to ensure coordinated programs, community placement and employment.
Community outreach, volunteer coordination, event planning , fundraising and public relations in the MTV area.
Knowledgeable of DHS regulations, rule 119, rule 50, and survey tools. Be familiar and use the Insperity/time star application

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills
