Our client is a prestigious venture capital firm with headquarters in New York and a satellite office located in the heart of Palm Beach, just off Worth Avenue. Known for their dedication to innovation and excellence, they provide a dynamic work environment that fosters professional growth.


Role Overview:

Our client is seeking a reliable and organized Office Manager to support the daily operations of their Palm Beach office. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a polished demeanor, working closely with the CFO and liaising with C-suite executives. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for clients and staff alike.


  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (flexible hours)


Key Responsibilities:

- Manage office operations and ensure a smooth and efficient working environment.

- Greet clients and visitors, providing exceptional service and support.

- Liaise with C-suite executives, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

- Organize and maintain office supplies, equipment, and resources.

- Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars for the office staff.

- Assist in various administrative tasks as required.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree required.

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an office administration role

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Presentable, polished, and professional demeanor.

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

- Reliable and trustworthy, with a commitment to confidentiality.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
