Job Description
ODP Business Solutions is seeking a Senior Account Manager to focus on establishing key relationships within the hospitality industry. As a Senior Account Manager, you will travel within your assigned territory to drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
What You'll Do :
- Drive Sales and Growth :
Actively pursue and close opportunities within your assigned territory, customarily and regularly traveling to meet customers with little or no supervision.
Grow revenue by addressing service needs, solving problems, and ensuring continued satisfaction, resulting in increased customer loyalty.
Lead sales initiatives, collaborate with coworkers, and develop innovative selling strategies to exceed goals.
Maintain accurate customer data and business records within the ODP Business Solutions CRM system.
What You Bring :
High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
Skilled in customer relationship management, negotiation, and tailoring solutions to client needs.
Customer-focused with a "hunter" mentality for business growth opportunities and the ability to negotiate contracts for new, renewed, or amended agreements.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
