Assistant Customer Service Manager for Esteemed Financial Services firm


Hours: 9am - 5pm (generally 40 hours per week), OT as needed (non exempt)

Location: World Financial Center, NYC

*Fully onsite 5 days/week


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and improve customer service experience through streamlined workflows, new technologies, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Manage and report on metrics, improvements, and quality in service delivery.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop the customer service team to maximize potential and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate across departments to enhance processes and systems.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Series 7 License (Required); Series 24 (Preferred but not required).
  • 3 -5 years of financial services industry experience
  • Proven leadership in customer service or financial services management.
  • Familiar with back-office systems like Fidelity/NFS, Broadridge/ADP.
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot a plus) and customer service tools.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
