Assistant Customer Service Manager for Esteemed Financial Services firm
Hours: 9am - 5pm (generally 40 hours per week), OT as needed (non exempt)
Location: World Financial Center, NYC
*Fully onsite 5 days/week
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and improve customer service experience through streamlined workflows, new technologies, and proactive problem-solving.
- Manage and report on metrics, improvements, and quality in service delivery.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop the customer service team to maximize potential and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate across departments to enhance processes and systems.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Series 7 License (Required); Series 24 (Preferred but not required).
- 3 -5 years of financial services industry experience
- Proven leadership in customer service or financial services management.
- Familiar with back-office systems like Fidelity/NFS, Broadridge/ADP.
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot a plus) and customer service tools.
- Bachelor's degree.
