A wonderful opportunity has arisen for an Executive Office Coordinator to join Career Group. This role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills to support a senior executive.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in finance, legal, or professional services and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of personal and business calendars
  • Scheduling meetings and prioritizing the executive's time
  • Handling expense reports and coordinating personal tasks

Requirements:

  • Team-oriented and proactive with excellent communication skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
