Career Group seeks a Support Professional for Senior Executives to join our dynamic team of seasoned investors and entrepreneurs.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and possess strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings for executives.
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and coordinating logistics.
- Handle timely and responsive communication via email, Slack, and phone.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Maintain various records and documents for the executives.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as printing, mailing, copying, filing, and message handling.
- Support special projects as needed.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience supporting senior executives or teams in a professional setting.
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a resourceful, can-do attitude.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Comfortable interacting with high-level executives and external stakeholders.
