Position: HR Admin People Recruiting Coordinator
Company: Confidential | A leading specialty beverage company
Location: Downtown LA - Hybrid (Monday-Wednesday in the office, Thursday and Friday remote)
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Duration: Maternity leave starting mid-May | Duration: Approximately 4 months
Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM PT
⭐Major Preference: Candidate with experience using HRIS systems, particularly Harri and ADP (Workforce Now and Workforce Manager). A system-savvy candidate is ideal.
About: Our client, a leading specialty beverage company, is seeking an Entry-Level, Temporary People Recruiting Coordinator to support HR operations and the Brew Crew. Key responsibilities include managing recruiting systems, HRIS entry, and providing admin support with tasks like data entry, organizing, and scheduling events.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor HRIS data entry
- Maintain confidentiality in all matters
- Provide HRIS training and support
- Conduct HR data audits for accuracy
- Ensure accurate data entry in ADP, Harri, and other platforms
- Manage admin tasks for interviews, meetings, and HR events
- Support Team Members throughout their employment lifecycle
Qualifications/Preferences
- Knowledge of HR management best practices
- At least 1 year of recruiting experience
- 2 years in HR administration or coordination (preferred)
- HRIS expertise (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
