We are seeking an experienced and strategic Benefits Manager with a strong background in benefits plan negotiation and vendor management. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives on shaping and optimizing total rewards programs, ensuring competitive offerings that attract and retain top talent. This role requires expertise in building strong vendor relationships, driving cost-effective benefits solutions, and leading initiatives that enhance employee well-being and satisfaction. This position is an integral role within our organization and you'll work together with a strong team to ensure best in class offerings as well as help drive employee relations across the team.
Key Responsibilities :
Benefits Program Administration :
- Oversee and manage employee benefits programs, including enrollments, to ensure compliance with ACA regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely payments and accurate processing of year-end 1094 / 1095 forms using ADP.

The compensation package is dependent on experience with a range between $80,000-$100,000. This position will be onsite in our corporate headquarters in Buena Park, CA
