Our client, a hedge fund, is looking for a temp to perm Receptionist to join their NYC team!
This assignment starts asap and will be ongoing with potential to convert to permanent if the right fit.
Hours: 8am – 5pm
*Fully onsite
Responsibilities:
- Answering, screening and directing all calls with professionalism
- Meet and greet clients & guests upon arrival
- Register all guests and clients properly in the building management security portal
- Order and stock kitchen pantry
- Handle all incoming mail/packages
- Manage lunch catering
- Booking and prepping conference rooms for meetings
- Keep reception area, conference rooms and kitchen tidy at all times
- Assist with ad hoc projects as needed
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of related administrative experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Friendly, warm, and outgoing personality
