Our client, a technology solutions company, is looking for a temp to possible perm Administrative Assistant!
This assignment starts asap and will be ongoing with a potential to go permanent if the right fit.
Location: Greenwich, CT
Schedule: 9am - 5pm
*Fully Onsite
Responsibilities
- Attend and actively listen to meetings and capture important content in bullet points
- Process and refine the notes using ChatGPT to ensure proper grammar and clarity
- Organize and format notes for readability and conciseness
- Submit completed notes to the relevant individuals or teams promptly
- Be assigned to specific job units and focus on capturing their key discussions and action items
- Assist with ad hoc projects as necessary
Qualifications
- Ability to type 95 words per minute
- Demonstrates an eager, can-do attitude
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving capabilities
- Possess strong initiative, attention to detail and customer service orientation
- Strong prioritization and project management skills
