Position Summary
Bilingual Therapist provides psychotherapeutic treatment, rehabilitation, and care coordination in both English and Spanish. Services are provided on-site or in the field as needed for children up to age 21 and their families. The Bilingual Therapist supports the client and their family in meeting their mental health goals.
Position Details
Therapy is focused on symptom reduction to improve functional impairments and heal mental health issues such as post-traumatic stress disorder, problems in the parent-child relationship, or other social-emotional challenges with the ultimate goal of restoring children and families to a healthy level of functioning.

You can become certified in :
Requirements : License
Must be either registered or licensed with the Board of Behavioral Sciences as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Social Worker (ASW), Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) -OR- eligible to be registered with the CA Board of Psychology as a Psychological Associate or Registered Psychologist.
Qualifications
Master's or Doctorate degree required. 2 years clinical experience working with children and families preferred. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and web-based systems. Proficient in use of Zoom. Able to adapt to using various types of software. Must have reliable transportation to carry out the functions of the position. Must have criminal record clearance from the DOJ.
Communication
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team is essential. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively collaborate in a positive manner. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
