We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing projects that align with our strategic business objectives, while acquiring practical experience with Salesforce technologies. This intern reports to the Sr. Director, Digital solutions and his team collaborating cross functionally across the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Learning and Adaptability
- Quickly familiarize yourself with Salesforce basics, including its CRM functionalities, modules, and tools like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and LWR Commerce.
- Stay open to learning new Salesforce skills, frameworks, and best practices, such as Apex, Visualforce, and
- Lightning Web Components (LWCs). Learn business nomenclature, systems, and data to support our business processes.
Technical Contributions
- Assist in customizing Salesforce applications by creating or modifying objects, fields, flows, and validation rules.
- Support the integration of Salesforce with other tools and platforms (e.g., third-party APIs or enterprise systems).
- Help troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues, such as data discrepancies or user permission errors.
- Assist in creating and presenting compelling product demonstrations (demos) to showcase project capabilities and solutions to address our business needs.
Collaboration
- Work closely with Salesforce administrators, developers, consultants, and other team members to support ongoing projects.
- Attend team meetings to share updates and learn about project goals, progress, and challenges.
Project Support
- Participate in project meetings, design discussions, and brainstorming sessions to drive innovation and problem-solving.
- Assist in creating data sets for testing, writing and executing test scripts, and documentation of test results to ensure high-quality deliverables are met.
Professionalism
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, while interacting with team members, colleagues, and leadership.
- Ability to work independently, manage tasks and time, and communicate effectively on current deadlines.
Education
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Passionate about technology and customer-centric solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to think creatively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on storytelling and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
