The Contribution You’ll bring to this Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to join our team. The intern will assist in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting the implementation of data-driven strategies to enhance business operations. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in business analysis, data collection, process mapping, and collaboration with different departments to improve overall business performance.
What You’ll Do at Justrite:
- Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders.
- Support the development of business process models, diagrams, and workflows.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze data and identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Help prepare reports and presentations summarizing analysis and recommendations.
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
- Conduct market research to support data-driven decision-making.
- Assist with testing and implementation of business solutions.
- Deliver a comprehensive presentation to management and executives at the end of the summer.
What We’re Looking For:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or other analysis platforms) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to a JSG location for Intern Training Week
- 10 week commitment
Compensation:
The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $20.00/ hour.
Actual base salaries will vary and may be above or below the recommended pay range based on factors such as but not limited to location, relevant experience and performance.
