Leasing Consultant - The Core, ATX

Responsibilities:

• Market and lease available apartments to maximize occupancy and achieve customer satisfaction.
• Provide high-quality customer service in alignment with H.G Fenton Culture.
• Retain customers for life through excellent customer service and retention activities.
• Contribute to advertising and marketing efforts to maximize occupancy and revenue growth.
• Anticipate and fulfill customer needs in a courteous, professional manner.
• Proactively identify and respond to risk and safety issues to ensure a safe environment for employees and residents. 

Qualifications:

• A valid driver’s license is required as driving is an essential job function, and no comparable alternative transportation options (e.g., ride-hailing, carpooling, bicycling, walking) can reasonably fulfill the role within equivalent travel time or cost.

• Passionate about making a positive impact on others and achieving results.
• Leasing or sales experience is great, but not required. 
• Ability to work weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor degree preferred.

Our Compensation Philosophy 

The compensation range for this position is $23 - $28/hr including leasing commissions that are currently on a 3-tier structure, ranging $100 - $295 per lease! The base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. Fenton’s goal is to ensure performance-based compensation that is motivating and competitive – and we adopt a pay-for-performance approach.
