Job Description: Project Scheduler
We’re looking for an organized and proactive Project Scheduler to join our team and manage the scheduling and planning of our construction projects. In this role, you’ll work closely with project teams, trade partners, and consultants, using MS Project to baseline, update, and maintain efficient project schedules. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Field Operations, this position offers the chance to contribute to large-scale projects that positively impact our communities.
Responsibilities
- Schedule Development & Review: Assist in creating and reviewing pre-bid and post-award CPM schedules in compliance with owner requirements.
- Project Narratives: Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and estimating teams to develop project narratives based on production and budget data.
- Schedule Updates: Update MS Project schedules monthly by coordinating with project teams to reflect progress.
- Consultant Coordination: Work with external project scheduling consultants to meet deadlines, handle revisions, and ensure updates to current schedules.
- Review Meetings: Participate in schedule review meetings with project teams, estimating staff, and clients; document and distribute meeting minutes.
- Proposal Development: Support the development of RFP and proposal schedules during preconstruction and bid phases.
- Site Support: Visit project sites as needed to assist project teams with scheduling efforts.
