**Job Title: Project Scheduler**
**Location:** Quincy, MA (with occasional site visits across Massachusetts)

**Reports To:** Vice President of Field Operations
**About the Role:**
As a Project Scheduler, you will be an integral part of our construction team, responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient execution of large-scale projects. You will manage, develop, and maintain project schedules using MS Project, collaborating with project managers, trade partners, consultants, and external scheduling experts. This is a key position that supports both pre-construction and ongoing project efforts, ensuring that schedules remain on track and are aligned with project goals. You’ll have the opportunity to work on impactful projects that enhance the communities we serve.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Schedule Development:** Assist in the creation and review of both pre-bid and post-award CPM schedules, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project objectives.
- **Project Coordination:** Work closely with project managers, superintendents, and estimating teams to draft project narratives and establish realistic schedules based on production and budget data.
- **Schedule Updates:** Maintain and update project schedules on a monthly basis, reflecting activity progress and collaborating with project teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date timelines.
- **External Collaboration:** Coordinate with external schedule consultants to manage schedule revisions, updates, and deadlines, ensuring consistency and alignment across all stakeholders.
- **Meeting Participation:** Engage in schedule review meetings with project teams, estimating staff, and clients, and document meeting minutes for follow-up actions.
- **Preconstruction Support:** Assist in the development of RFP and proposal schedules for preconstruction and bid opportunities.
- **Site Visits:** Travel to project sites as needed to support project teams and provide on-the-ground schedule updates.
**What We’re Looking For:**
- **Experience:** Solid background in construction management with a focus on project scheduling, ideally within large-scale projects.
- **Technical Skills:** Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project, and experience with Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling techniques.
- **Communication:** Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- **Team Player:** A collaborative attitude and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- **Technical Understanding:** Familiarity with construction plans and specifications to ensure accurate schedule development and updates.
**Work Environment:**
This position is based in our Quincy, MA office and requires occasional travel to project sites across Massachusetts to support project teams and ensure accurate schedule tracking.
