Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Roofing Estimator at Eskola Roofing & Waterproofing in Lexington, KY.
- The Commercial Roofing Estimator will be responsible for calculating the cost and scope of large-scale roofing projects for commercial buildings.
- You will need to be able to analyze blueprints, specifications, and site conditions to determine material needs, labor requirements, and project timelines, ultimately providing accurate cost estimates to clients. and effective communication with internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Construction Estimating Skills
- Experience using The Edge estimating software
- Effective Communication skills
- 3-5 years as a commercial roofing Estimator
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of commercial roofing systems is a plus
- Strong technical knowledge of low-slope roof systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
