The Company is a manufacturer of engineered solutions for industrial & commercial applications that has been in business over 100 years that is focused on growth. They have an opening for a Regional Sales Manager in the Southeast over their nuclear portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Develops strategies and tactics for existing key domestic nuclear utilities, address emergent needs and maximize opportunities with technical support, product innovation and customized service support.
- Contribute to the overall marketing strategy that integrates all strengths with the objectives.
- Develop and maintain a network of manufacturer representatives to cover the regions where needed.
- Guide and monitor manufacturer representatives’ sales activities to ensure they are properly aligned with meeting the companies overall Nuclear objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of direct sales and channel sales experience in a business-to-business sales.
- Technical background (engineering degree, technical degree, or relevant experience)
- Ability to travel (50% of the time) throughout Southeastern USA.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly motivated and well organized to drive growth and new opportunities
- Experience in the nuclear industry is preferred
Salary : $125,000 - $140,000
