This position is responsible for the leadership, direction, administration and support of Food and Beverage operations. This position may also be responsible for a property's Retail Operations. This position operates with limited supervision by resort senior leadership.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:
- Provides leadership, direction and support for Food and Beverage and (where applicable) Retail operations, including the supervision, training and development of team members.
- Assists in the development and creation of menus and determination of product.
- Ensures financial responsibility through revenue generation that meets and/or exceeds budget, budget management, execution of regular inventory counts and ordering, Vendor management, proper Team Member scheduling, cost control implementation, and the identification and implementation of revenue generating opportunities.
- Ensures compliance with all Safety and Brand Standards as well as all national and local laws, including OSHA and Food/Alcohol regulations, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Ensures customer satisfaction through response to guest comments/requests in a timely and professional manner, setting the example of service for team members, and identification of improvements to products/services.
- Utilize all company systems of management and operations to record, track, monitor and manage information and data.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- May oversee or consult multiple locations in a geographic area.
- Budget management.
- Provides leadership, direction, and support for Food and Beverage and (where applicable) retail operations, including the supervision, training, and development of team members.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High School or equivalent.
- 3 - 5 years food and beverage leadership experience.
- MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook.
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
- All are required. Company can provide as needed.
- Food handling/ safety Certification as required by local/state regulations.
- Alcohol handling/safety certification as required by local/state regulations.
- CPR/First Aid/AED Training.
- Driver's License
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate, prevent, and solve complex problems and deliver consistently high-quality results in a fast-paced setting.
- Demonstrated professional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Novice level mastery of Microsoft Office products.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job the employee may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Will be required to bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and operate office machinery. Must be able to lift to thirty pounds. Specific work assignments may change without notice. WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work will be performed in both indoor and outdoor settings. Some work will be performed within a climate-controlled environment but will also be exposed to inclement weather and varying degrees of temperature on occasion.
