Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports.

- Conduct regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.

- Perform detailed account analysis and review variances to identify trends and potential issues.

- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulations.

- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the accounting department of 2.

REQUIREMENTS

MUST HOLD A MINIMUM BACHELORS DEGREE IN ACCOUNTING/FINANCE AND 5 YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

- High Proficiency in financial management and QuickBooks with at least 5 years of experience

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

- Strong Leadership skills to effectively collaborate a team of 2 and with cross-functional teams and drive results

- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Problem-solving skills to identify issues and propose solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65k to $80k
