Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Drive sales of corn, soybean, and alfalfa seeds within the assigned territory, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Customer Development: Identify and engage new key customers, understand their unique business needs, and develop strategic plans to drive territory growth.
- Marketing Execution: Implement innovative marketing and sales strategies to enhance product visibility and drive customer engagement.
- Goal Achievement: Set ambitious sales goals and develop actionable plans to expand market share and sales opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong, profitable relationships with existing customers while continuously identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.
- Agronomic Support: Provide expert advice to customers on product selection and placement based on specific agronomic requirements and best practices.

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in applied agronomy or seed sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Product Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of corn, soybean, alfalfa, and wheat seeds, with a deep understanding of agricultural production practices.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Travel: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed to meet customer and business needs.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and perform tasks that require physical effort.
- Work Environment: Ability to work independently from home, managing time and resources effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using Microsoft 365 and Seedware for data management and communication.
