What are the responsibilities and job description for the District Sales Manager- Neuro position at Natus Medical?
SUMMARY: As a Teammate, the District Sales Manager is a key individual contributor within the Natus Neuro division, not only for our company but also for the lives of the patients and medical staff we touch through our products. What you'll get to do in this role:
- Forecast and drive your territory's business by meeting or exceeding your monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Generate new sales leads through your effective prospecting efforts in your territory as well as maintain and enhance your relationships with your existing customers.
- Work closely with the Clinical Sales Specialists to educate and follow up with, Medical Doctors and other medical staff members on the operation, utilization and application of our product lines.
- Schedule and conduct personalized sales demonstrations to the MD and Clinical market within assigned territory.
- Keep track of your detailed pipeline activity through Siebel CRM
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university required (business or medical discipline preferred)
- Minimum 3 years' B2B sales experience
- Strong organizational, presentation and communication skills.
- Previous working experience with Siebel or other CRM programs.
- Valid Driver's license
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Neurodiagnostic specialties is considered an asset

The compensation package includes a base salary of $65,000 USD per year plus an uncapped commission plan.
