Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in the fire sprinkler market
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals
- Build relationships with contractors, builders, and property managers
- Prepare project proposals, estimates, and contracts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution
- Conduct site visits and assess project requirements
- Serve as a primary contact for client communications and support
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide sales activity reports
- 3โ5 years of sales experience in fire protection SPRINKLER or related industries
- Strong knowledge of sprinkler systems, codes, and regulations
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office; design software a plus
- Bachelorโs degree in business, engineering, or related field (preferred)
- NICET certification (preferred)
