Career Staffing Talent (CST) is partnering with a national and prominent securities litigation firm to recruit an Associate to its high-performing litigation team.
This firm goes up against the Am Law 10 firms in securities matters in Federal Court. This position is ideal for an Associate at another securities litigation firm or a 3rd to 5th year Associate at an Am Law 100 firm who has been on the defense side and wants to transition to the other side.
Compensation is based on experience. We will discuss compensation in our first meeting, so we do not waste your time.

Responsibilities :
- Legal Research and Writing : Conduct thorough legal and factual research and produce well-written, persuasive legal pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Discovery Management : Manage the discovery process, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, reviewing documents, participating in the preparation of discovery-related motions, and taking and defending depositions.
- Case Strategy : Collaborate with team members to develop and implement case strategies.
- Court Appearances : Represent clients in court, including arguing motions and participating in trials.
- Settlement Negotiations : Engage in settlement negotiations with opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
